[TenTec] the Pegasus is back

Hey everyone .... well the Pegasus is back and on the air again, TT did
their job well and the radio is acting correctly.
TT replaced the finals, drivers and dut a 10 ohm resistor between pins 4 and
6 of IC  U-1 Hmmmmm no explanation given, none required but its nice to have
my radio back and working, hope to check in this afternoon on the net.
