[TenTec] New Pegasus Features

I have installed the new flash upgrade and TT software.  I have monitored
the signal and find no change with the speech processing, nor have I been
able to eliminate any noise with the noise blanker (have not been able to
find ignition noise so don't know if it will help that.  Am I completely
insensitive to the change or are others experiencing the same.
