[TenTec] New Pegasus Features

The new speech processor works very well for the Pegasus.  The speech
is unfortunately after the monitor output.  This means using the monitor
function
to set the speech processor will not work.  You must either listen to your
transmitted
signal in another receiver or have a friend talk you through its setup.

I have already integrated the noise blanker and speech processor into my
software
and will come out with the new version on March 1.
