Clarke:  The differences in losses between the 250 watt and killowatt Johnson matchboxes is so insignificant as to be silly!  They both have the exact schematic diagram.  You should have kept the big Matchbox; it was the only amateur antenna tuner that would handle 4000 watts of pep ssb and not blink an eye! Try that on any Ten Tec tuner? - 73's- Corn- k4own
