[TenTec] Kudos to TT

Hi all,

For those of you who over the last two months read of my travails with a 
962 power supply, I'm happy to report that TT just replaced it with a new 
one even though it was over a year old. There response was "we took on 
theproblem to your satisfaction". I don't think any other manufacturer 
accomodate that way.
