[TenTec] fuzzy cw

I have read most of the comments on the Peg and Jupiter having fuzzy cw.
Since I do not have either of these yet I did not pay much attention to what
was said. Now I am considering buying a Jupiter and was wondering if this is
on recieve or transmit or maybe both. Is it what you hear in your headphones
or what the guy on the other end is hearing? If it is on the transmit end
can it be eliminated by tuning higher or lower with the rit or using PBT?
