[TenTec] Another OMNI V.9 STICKER solution

Hi-
Here is the similar method I had used to create the necessary
band and digit markers for the OMNI V.9 modification. If you ad the
"http//www." in front of the next line you can get a view of how it
looks.

I used computer labels. I typed out what I needed using Microsoft
Works- see end of post. Printed them on my Ink Jet printer.
Sprayed the labels with five coats of "clear" Rustoleum spray paint.
Cut them to size with an Exacto knife. Peeled them with and used the
Exacto knife to apply them.
 I  tried  two different type size examples. One
does not separate the numeric/band info,and  the one I ended up using
does separate the info with a vertical line. The first example uses 12

point and 10 point Arial font sizes. The second example uses 12 point
and 8 point fonts. That makes the printed words nearly the same as the

"split" and "fast" keys on the OMNI V. By using the "." marks as size
indicators I was able to easily size the new labels when I cut them.
