[TenTec] Corsair I Noise Blanking

Hi Mark,
   The noise blanker on the Corsair I and II is not very
effective.  It will remove some of certain types of noise but I
find that usually it does nothing except cause overload problems
if it's turned up too high and there is a nearby strong signal.
