[TenTec] Jupiter Tuning Glitch and Low Audio

I had a similar problem starting when I installed ver. 1.15.  The Jupiter
started developing other problems shortly thereafter(lack of audio, no
transmit with the mic PTT, then switching to transmit on when changing to CW
or FM).  It's at TT now for repair.   Was it 1.15?  I can't say.
