[TenTec] Argosy II AGC Modification

I have done the mod on 3 different Argosy II over the years. They all worked
fine with no problems whatsoever. I guess that you know that you do not have
to use the exact component suggested in the Mod, If you have a decade box,
just click it to the desired hang time, and solder in that value.
