I envy all of you able to copy S1 signals, not because of great
receivers but no power line noise, or other constant QRM. I never have
the dynamic range problem, as our local power utility always provides me
with at least an S7 level line noise! To their credit, they've been
trying to locate the source, but so far no luck.
All those able to test the limits of dynamic range and noise floor of
your receivers, count your blessings. Many of us in urban areas are not
so fortunate . . .
