[TenTec] 262M Power Supply Problems

I have been fighting a problem in my Omni-A and it is beginning to appear that the power supply is not up to par.  It doesn't put out 13.8 volts under load very well...

I wonder if anyone would happen to have a scaned image of the manual for the 262M.  I have the 255 supply manual from the web site but there is no manual for the 262M there.

If anyone happens to have an image or is so inclined to scan one I sure could use it and we could also get it up on the web site for everyone.
