I'll probably get flamed on this, but in my opinion, if you look at all of
the QST reviews, the top 3 receivers are in this order FT-1000, TS-850 and
IC-765. The CorsairII doesnt come close.

I have looked at it in the past, I have now just
looked at it again and it has grown considerably. What
is still missing though is data from the various
Halicrafters, Mammarlunds, Swans, etc. Let's hope that
that list continues to grow to include more of those
kinds of radios.
