Hi Bill,
Well it was meant to be a mobile or desktop rig.  However, it is better on
receive current than the Scout, and also on transmit due to the power limit.

I found I could run all day on a Scout at 40 watts on a 25 AH battery.  So
no problem for Field Days with 45 Amp hours available with Scout at 5 watts
QRP SSB, but very high QSO rate.
