Over the years, the Heil headphones have used several different 
elements ... that may explain why some Heil users are having good
success, and others are not. The same situation occurs with other
brands of rigs. Seems like the more recent elements are 200 ohms?

I know that of the two ProSets here, one set was different, so I contacted
Heil for the newer elements, swapped them out, and that seemed to really
improve the use of those units with the rigs here for the guest ops.

Just a thought ...
