Hello Bill,

I have the manual and will be happy to copy page 3-8 for you.  I'll try
scanning if I can get my scanner to work.  If not I'll be happy to put it in
an envelope and mail it to you (no charge).  Better give me your regular
email address so I can try the attachment method.
