DSP Filter Control

User settable DSP Filter Tap Length control was added to 
the Orion in Firmware Version 1.366.  Adjusting the DSP 
Filter Tap Length directly affects the  sharpness of the skirts 
on the associated DSP filter. The Greater the number of Taps 
in the DSP filter, the greater the sharpness of the filter skirts. 
This can be thought of as a DSP filter slope control with a 
range of 33 to 199."

Default seems to be at 199,  which is the most sharp filter
skirt.  Lower numbers "soften" the skirts.
