[TenTec] Freq readout

If the counter is like the one in the Corsair (I), it could be caused by
a bad programming diode on the counter. I had a disc ceramic cap fail on
the counter board that caused erroneous counter presets. Check the
diodes and try reflowing the solder on the caps.
