Marty,
The Argo has it's own protocol. I don't think it emulates any other radio
(even other TenTec's). You can download the protocol specifications from the
web at
http://www.rfsquared.com/ArgoV/ArgoVmain.htm
It's called the Programmer's Reference Guide.
