[TenTec] Ten Tec Model 420 Hercules II Amp Question

Just a quick question or two:

Can anyone tell me if the Hercules II amplifier used PIN diode (silent)
switching for T/R QSK or is there some relay noise when going between
transmit and receive?

Is there someone willing to make a copy of just the schematic diagram
for me. I will pay postage and copy charges.
