Mike, I have wondered that too. They are not on the air as there is a lot of available space there. Just worked JA1CG on 17 meter SSB with 5 watts. Also KA2NWD in FL and P43PBT on 17 meter CW so there are opportunities a wasting..hi. Not bad for 30 minutes of effort. Get on the air, make noise! 73 Ron KI0II
