The way the Motorola numbers work is that the third letter is M for metal case or P for plastic and the first number is current rateing the following letter is type of channel and the last number is the voltage rateing divided by 10. So a MTM1N45 is a metal case one amp N channel enahncement mode MOSFET with a voltage rateing of 450 volts.
MTM15N450 is 15 amp 450 volts. etc.
