Sherman,

Try setting the Dxbase DTR High to 'unchecked.'  I believe that we ensured
during the testing phase that the DTR could be left to unchecked so that it
could be used for keying through the serial port. Could be wrong, but I key
with the DTR line and only have the CTS checked high here.
