[TenTec] Centurian 422 vs Titan III

It is "instant on" (i.e., 3-500Z filament heat time - I usually gave mine
about 5 seconds minimum), and it is very quiet unless your high voltage
crowbar lever rattles against the top cover.  That is easily solved with
tape on the lid where the crowbar lever touches it.
