[TenTec] Unsubscribing???

I am a bit confused as to the difficulty people have with UNSUBSCRIBING,  
especially from the Ten Tec List.  At the bottom of each message is the  reference

This appears to provide a simple procedure for UNSUBSCRIBING. If I am wrong  
please correct me.
