This is a repost as I missed the replies,

For the Orion,

Anyone have sort of a check list of things they go through when they start 
listening on a band,

For example, set the RF AMP then the Attenuation then the RF Gain to get S8 
noise, then AGC Gain to S8+2, NR to 4-5, AN 3-6 etc etc...

I know there isn't one method that work for all, but

Interested to hear the different methods users are doing.
