[TenTec] ARGOSY Dial Cord Problems

My ARGOSY (Analog) dial cord and 100 kHz indicator have finally
died.

Apparently I have to remove the front panel to fix it.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to need parts so I have decided I'll
order whatever may possibly be necessary BEFORE removing the
front panel.  I don't want to leave the rig scattered around the
shack for any length of time (to avoid losing any parts).

Does anyone have any experience fixing these and what do I need
to order from Ten-Tec?
