CQ Announces Hall of Fame Inductees for 2004

DAYTON, OH, May 14, 2004--CQ Amateur Radio magazine has announced this 
year's inductees into the CQ Amateur Radio Hall of Fame and the CQ Contest 
Hall of Fame. The magazine made public the list of this year's inductees as 
Dayton
Hamvention 2004 got under way. Fifteen individuals will be inducted, some
posthumously, into the CQ Amateur Radio Hall of Fame, and two new members into
the CQ Contest Hall of Fame during dinner events held in conjunction with 
Hamvention.

Elected to the CQ Amateur Radio Hall of Fame were:

Jack Burchfield, K4JU: Cofounder (with 2002 Hall of Fame inductee Al Kahn,
K4FW) and president of Ten-Tec
