[TenTec] New Orion Firmware Version!

The serial port response time on version 1.370 is the worst it has ever
been.  Fast frequency tuning from my N4PY Orion control can easily produce a
4 second delay before the Orion reacts to the command.  I sure hope 1.371 is
on the way.
