[TenTec] Orion upgrade what am I doing wrong

File is exactly the correct size. Tried downloading to new dir TTorion. No
change. still get same error then when clicking ok get the illegal
operation. I've done thousands of these and never had a problem till now.
Has anyone made this work on WIN98?
