Hi Lee; I suspect it will depends bit on just how fast you operate. If the 91's keying is as fast as the 87A you won't have much if any degredation in the QSK. Of course, I could tell the difference when I sent an exchange to  some of the 40+ DX stations, but for normal keying up to 30 WPM the 87A is as good as the Titan that lives on the shelf below it.
