Skip, Call Paul at TT and tell him what is going on. He can guide you 
through some things you can try to get things straightened out.
This is the logical thing to do since all of us posting to this reflector 
could only guess as to what to tell you to do.  I would say that about 75 % 
of the problems encountered are the result of operator error or 
unfamiliarity with the radio. One person posting recently encountered a 
problem after operating only four hours and was so discouraged that he 
posted on e-ham and on this reflector with very negative posts, only to find 
out later that he just needed to do a couple of updates and a master reset 
and the radio worked just fine.

So save yourself some agony and call TT.      Toby W4CAK
