[TenTec] Paragon behavior

Those are computer grade capacitors and should not
have been mounted that way. They should be mounted
with the screws facing up, otherwise the plates can
sag and short across the terminals. I believe Tentec
has a mod kit to correct this problem. It consists
mainly of some wire and terminals.
