Ken, this was my thinking as well.

One simple thing is that the 850 keyer speed control seems to only take 
a tiny bit of adjustment to move several WPM in speed.  I've also found 
myself adding an extra dit here and there.  It is still what I 
understand Mode B to be, but it is different from the Orion in Mode B 
(which in 1.372 is displayed as Mode A).

A number on the list have mentioned the IdiomPress Logikey K-3.  Looks 
like another one of Bob's products may find its way into the shack.
