[TenTec] Omni VI and power supply occilation???

Fuses are relatively slow acting devices and may not respond to
instantaneous blips that could cause a transistor to fail. Typically, in my
experience, a fuse blowing protects you from a fire after the transistors
have failed and shorted out!
