I don't think TVI has much to do with RF getting into the Orion. 
Something has changed external to the radio or the Orion generates some 
bad harmonics or spuriuos emissions. It would be interesting to try 
another radio in place of the Orion but it appears that is exactly what 
was done. It was ok with the 940 but then with the same setup it's not 
with the Orion. Something is different and it doesnot look good for the 
Orion :-).
