[TenTec] FT-1000MP Mark-V/Field and FT-847 to be discontinued

For all of you who cried when Ten Tec told you *directly* that
manufacture of the Orion  was discontinued and would be replaced with the
Orion II... along with reasons for the discontinuation and information on
the new Orion.
