I fail to understand what all this rafter shacking about S meter readings is all about.  Both my Paragons are set to the paramiters are set correctly.  As long as I point the ant in the proper direction, I can work any station I can hear.  My suggestion is to put a piece of masking tape over the meter face and if you can hear it work it.  How did we ever function before the advent of all the fancy gadgets.  Jim K1QCF
