[TenTec] New LDG Tuners for Jupiter and Orion

[Steve Baron - KB3MM]

Sounds like the 'relay chatter' comment threw people offf and they do not
realize how the tuner works.  The memory in most recent LDG units helps in
reducing the need to re-tune.
