Not much we can do but keep an ear on it for now.  I guess this happens when
you contract out your precision satellites to the lowest bidder...

Just remember, if the signal ever starts to diminish, as if it's turned into
a countdown, keep an eye on the skies and stash your CW key in a safe
place...
