No. It probably means he can copy normal conversational code faster
than that!! RUFZ is extremely difficult to copy in that all that is
sent is random international call signs. That is almost, but not
quite equivalent to word groups. Either one is a heck of a lot more
difficult to copy than normal conversation.

Does this mean he can copy 109 wpm?
