[TenTec] Com 1 speed?

My N4PY program sets the comport speed to 57600 baud.  This is the only
speed the Pegasus runs at and the program would not work unless this was the
set speed.  When you look at system information for comports, you are only
seeing the default settings if the program had not actually set them.
