[TenTec] 110 vs 240

Funny -- up here in the blue states, we're billed by the kilowatt-hour.
 10 amps at 240 V cost the same as 20 amps at 120 V. I don't think
they're smart enough to charge for unbalanced current in the two 120 V
legs.  :-)
