[TenTec] Corsair sidetone?

That could be Perry. However I have never heard anything but the raspy
buzzsaw square wave oscillator tone from any Corsair 2 I have listened to.
Any Corsair 2 I owned, I have always installed a simple op amp filter
between that UJT oscillator and the audio amp...that sure made it sound a
heck of a lot better to me.

I wonder if there were changes made during the production
runs of Corsair 2?

Mine is unmodified, but has a very good tone.
(no I'm not deaf, I used to be an active musician)  :-)
