[TenTec] Noise Blanker in Corsair

Yes, the noise blanker does work, but I would call it a "mild blanker". 
It does work, but it is not as effective as the Scout (best I've ever 
seen) and Paragon blankers. On the plus side, the Corsair blanker does 
not cause the spurious responses often heard with most other blankers.
