[TenTec] Problem: Please confirm Orion II RadiosFIX!!!!!

I have had days where I can't make the problem happen.
 Not really sure why but I think it is a sequence
thing.  I am still of the belief that this is a bug
(or feature if you come from the software world).  

In the case of the setup below I can make the problem
occur but once it did not.
