[TenTec] Omni VI+ or Orion

Greetings all,

I currently have an Orion I, and I really don't feel I am using even  
a fraction of it's features.  I am considering downgrading to an Omni  
VI+.  Anyone care to offer an opinion why I should or shouldn't do this?

Anyone interested in trading an Omni VI+ and some cash for a minty  
Orion I?
