I prefer my ANNECKE (link-coupled) Symmetrical tuner to any Palstar ever
built at any price!  

If that is the best balanced tuner you have ever owned, then you have never
owned an Annecke!

You betcha, I have one and it is the best balanced tuner I have owned. If 
you are using balanced feed line you need a Palstar.
