[TenTec] O2 RF gain and AGC threshold

To be more correct, I should have asked it release 2.28 for the O2 has rf gain controlling AGC threshold to some extent.

If it does, then AGC threshold set from the menu would only apply if  RF gain is 100.

Maybe the future outboard attachments  will display
- AGC  threshold setting compared to MDS graphical, as it varies with RF gain and AGC threshold settings,   
- show some kind of tuning information such as showing what signals  are under the "roof crystal", and 
- how things like NR, NF, etc have affected the noise floor  and amplitude of signals in the bandpass.

Takeoffs from such things as the waterfall digital ops have seen from  MIXW, etc. shaped to the roofing filter ---------=
