[TenTec] O2 RF gain and AGC threshold

I talked to Paul at TT yesterday re the relationship to the AGC and the
RF Gain control on the O2.  He indicated that it was the same as in the
Orion 1 ver. 1.372...but that the settings for the PROG AGC would possibly
be different on different bands....Whatever....
